2.DMCA Notice Requirements

According to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), your notification must include the following information:

  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, including the URL where the original copyrighted work exists or a copy of the work
  • The specific URL or location on our Service where you found the allegedly infringing material
  • Your contact information including your address, telephone number, and email address

  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are either the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
